In our IEMT training a lot of emphasis is placed on listening to the language used by the client. We especially listen for pronoun use and absolutist language will usually be challenged (depending on context). Language use will reflect on a client’s behavioural patterns which are working at the sub-conscious level so the client is often unaware of what they are habitually doing and even bringing certain patterns to light can start the change process.
We also cover this to a much deeper level in the Metaphors of Movement (MoM) process. This seemingly simple process can offer up a profoundly deep insight in to what is happening in your life at this moment. It never ceases to amaze me!
This new research (link below) supports the amazing work by the developer of IEMT and MoM – Andrew T. Austin.
