I have always struggled with low self esteem and although I’ve tried different forms of therapy nothing had managed to rewrite over the negative narrative I have told myself since childhood. Working with Rob, and EFT, is the first therapy that has started this process. It’s tough, it’s tiring and it’s worth it.
I had an EFT session with Rob to overcome my concerns with driving since having a motor accident in my sister’s car. Sitting with Rob and talking through the process before we began prepared me for what was to follow.
Going through the tapping points on the various points of the face and upper body, talking about the number I was at (between 1-10) how I felt then repeating the process. I found myself releasing the tension I was holding and feeling much calmer. At the end of the session I was more relaxed and had a calm aura within me.
Driving home that evening I felt very confident, not anxious/nervous, the drive itself was smooth and everything just seem to flow. I use the tapping when needed and find it helps.
Today, when driving I am much more confident, almost back to how I use to drive. Being nervous is a thing of the past and having the EFT process to hand is a bonus.
I recommend the EFT Process, it works.
Hi Bob, well earlier this week I came down with the flu, I have been laid up in bed for the last 4 days feeling rotten, it has now turned into a really bad cold. This is the first time in years I haven’t had a panic attack whilst having a cold. I have managed to sleep the most part without waking in the night panicking. It hasn’t been a walk in the park but so much easier to handle. The tapping has truly changed my life, I had no idea of the power of this. I visited Robert to help reduce my anxiety that had progressively worsened over the space of a few months. I didn’t want to use tablets prescribed by the Doctor and the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy that I had tried the year before failed to work for me.
From day one Robert made me feel very comfortable, he was easy to talk to and very understanding. Robert used several techniques to help me identify reasons behind my anxiety and why it was triggered.
This involved reducing the intensity of thoughts and feelings I had built up in my mind from past experiences. We used techniques to generate positive emotions (NLP), a technique known as tapping (EFT) and eye movement therapy (IEMT) to help ease the anxiety I had about flying.
These techniques helped me to understand and control my anxiety in new ways, without resorting to the use of tablets.
I would recommend anyone who is considering alternatives to conventional therapies to give Robert a call.

About 18 months ago, I had an EFT session with Robert. In all honesty, I didn’t think it had much chance of working.
I’ve had a very strong phobia of Butterflies for over 35 years. After an hour or so of tapping and chatting, I felt good, but not really much different.
Then something weird happened. I was out in the garden when a butterfly flew past and I thought “ah, pretty”. I cannot explain how bizarre this thought was to me as my usual reaction would have been to freeze with fear, like a bunny in the headlights, but instead I felt relaxed and calm.
An hour of EFT had changed something I really thought was hardwired into me. So it turns out EFT works – whether you believe it or not!
I’ve been so impressed with the change Robert effected within me it has inspired me to learn more and I’ve since read lots on the subject and will soon be embarking on a course to become a hypnotherapist, so that I can hopefully use the power of EFT to help others – Believers and skeptics alike!
