EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques is a fast growing go to technique for ‘in the moment’ stress, anxiety or emotional overload. Based on acupuncture you learn to tap on these points rather than use needles whilst addressing your emotional issues. The beauty of this system is that you can tap for yourself as and when you need to. Any deeper rooted issues can naturally be worked on with a practitioner.
