You Are What You Eat

This is a great graphic but of course it isn’t as easy as just changing your diet. So many people are how they are because of emotional eating, so many overweight people have negative events in their past and are trying to mask their feelings by using comfort foods which unfortunately are low in nutrition and high in sugars and fats.

I won’t claim to be an expert in the nutrition world but I have great friends who are that I can direct you to. However where I can help and I would contend that this is where to start, is the emotional side of overeating or unhealthy eating. I can help you explore why you eat what you do, diffuse the negative emotions surrounding your eating habits and give you great methods to help overcome cravings and negative habits.
